What You'll Learn: Two Powerful Training Programs:
In this special HeartMath Intensive, you’ll become both a certified HeartMath® Coach and a certified HeartMath® Trainer.
- HeartMath® Coach & Mentor Training
This program, called the Building Personal Resilience program, equips you with scientifically validated tools to coach individuals and small groups. You’ll learn how to deliver powerful HeartMath techniques in one-on-one and small group settings, helping clients develop resilience and emotional regulation. After completing this training you will receive a license allowing you to use the patented techniques and the HeartMath Building Personal Resilience program for commercial use in a 1 to 1 setting.
- HeartMath® Trainer Certification
As a HeartMath Certified Trainer, you’ll be trained to deliver The Coherence Advantage™ program, a science-based workshop used by Fortune 500 companies, the US Navy, major hospitals, and private consultants worldwide. This program focuses on improving performance and resilience through coherence and heart intelligence. After completing this training you will receive a license allowing you to use the patented techniques and the HeartMath Coherence Advantage program for commercial use in a workshop or grouptraining setting.

Investment
The investment for this HeartMath Intensive is € 7450,-. This includes:
- the Inner Balance Coherence Plus,
- the emWave Pro Multi-User,
- access to the More Resilience-Less Stress online training,
- access to the HeartMath Basics for Professionals online training
- and an all-inclusive stay at the Lyttos Beach Resort.
Several days after payment you will be granted access to the online trainings and both devices will be shipped to you so you can already start practicing. Although not mandatory, we highly recommend beginning with More Resilience – Less Stress and using your Inner Balance device, followed by the second course with the emWave Pro. This preparation will enrich your experience during the live training.
Discount for HeartMath Coaches: If you are already are a certified as HeartMath Coach you will receive a € 1500 discount. Please note: in this case the Inner Balance Coherence Plus and emWave Pro Multi-User will not be included.
Combine this Training with the Symposium The Heart’s Code
The best preparation for the HeartMath Intensive is to also participate in the four day HeartMath European Symposium: The Heart’s Code which takes place in the same location and immediately before the Intensive. As a bonus you will get a reduction of € 500,- on the total price if jou join both the symposium and the HeartMath Intensive.
