⏱️ Delivery Times

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. International orders are shipped using UPS Express Saver.

• Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

• Delivery within the EU: usually within 1 business day (remote areas may take slightly longer).

• Delivery outside the EU: typically 3–7 business days.

Note: During busy periods, such as holidays, delivery may take a bit longer.

📦 Shipping Method and Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

📍 Incorrect Delivery Address?

If you've made a mistake when entering your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via info@heartmath-europe.com. If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually still update the address.

📬 Not Home at Delivery?

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a note or deliver the package to a pickup point nearby. Please check your track & trace code for more information.
